📋 Mission System
The Mission Board is where sponsors propose challenges in exchange for cash rewards. Access it from the Missions menu.
Two mission types
- Open: auto-complete when you hit the target — no need to sign up.
- Committed: you must accept them explicitly. You can have up to 10 committed missions active at the same time.
Mission states
- In progress: you are pursuing it.
- Completed: you hit the target and collected the reward.
- Abandoned: you dropped it before completion. Hurts your reputation with that sponsor and locks you out of their missions for 3 days.
- Expired: the deadline passed. If it was committed, it also hurts your reputation.
ℹ️ Tutorial missions have no penalty for abandoning them — they are there to help you learn.
💡 Check the Board daily: missions appear and expire constantly.
⭐ Sponsor Reputation
Each sponsor tracks your history with them. Completing missions raises your reputation; abandoning or letting committed missions expire lowers it.
Five relationship levels
| Level | Points | Multiplier |
|---|
| Stranger | 0 | ×1.00 |
| Trying | 50 | ×1.10 |
| Partner | 150 | ×1.25 |
| Trusted | 400 | ×1.50 |
| Strategic | 1000 | ×2.00 |
Points gained when completing
- Bronze sponsor: +10
- Silver sponsor: +25
- Gold sponsor: +50
- Platinum sponsor: +100
Points lost
- Abandoning a mission: −20
- Letting a committed mission expire: −40
ℹ️ The multiplier applies to the reward on completion. A Strategic sponsor pays double what a Stranger pays.
🎓 Tutorial Missions
When you start the game you have a special group of missions designed to teach you the basics of running a club: training for the first time, hiring staff, visiting the statistics tab, setting up your lineup and watching a rival match.
Characteristics
- They auto-complete as soon as you perform the action.
- They do not hurt your reputation if you ignore them.
- They appear in their own section of the Mission Board.
💡 They don't give a cash reward, but completing them walks you through the core systems.
